What's your item number?

Why is it that when you are asking a question about your order, you fail to include the item number or the order number, and you send the question using a different email address than the one you used to make the purchase.

Do you think we only sell one thing a month or something? Can't you see by our feedback we sell a few hundred things a day?

How can you send an email and say, "I just ordered this game, can you let me know when it ships?"

You ordered what game? We sell hundreds of games.

And then after we ask you for the item number you reply with just the item number, and fail to include the previous email correspondence. And that's all you include!!!

WTF!?

Do you really think we handle only 1 email a day so we can remember you?

Dumb ebayer!!!
