Too early for eBayers

Barely an hour into these emails, and already I've come across quite a few buttheads.

Here's an example.

(names and faces have been changed to protect the dumbtarded)

subject: my game
body: where is my game?

email address: different from one used to make the purchase.

wtf?

Here's another one.

subject: shipping cost for item xxxx
body: how much is shipping to 10301?

reply: As stated in the auction the shipping cost is $4.95.

I really wish people would freegin read the details before emailing us.

A similar one just answered was for shipping overseas. They wanted to know whey their shipping isn't the stated $9.99 and instead is $19.99. Again, as stated in the auction, the $9.99 is for shipping wthin the US!
