I already paid, where's my order?

This is something that has happened a few times and I just find it totally inspiring.

When you buy something, you pay for it and expect to get it pretty soon right? That's pretty much the standard when paying with a credit card or making an instant payment with paypal.

But what are your expectations when you use a money order?

Let's take a quick test to see if you are a dumb ebayer or if you are normal.

What happens when you send a money order?

a) You expect your order to ship the day you send the money order.

b) You expect your order to be delivered the day after you send the money order.

c) I don't know how to scroll down because I'm a dumb ebayer, so I'll just email you for the answer.

d) All of the above.

e) You expect your order to ship the day the seller receives the money order.

You would think common sense would dictate e. as the correct answer, but in eBay world, e. is the wrong answer. The majority of our customers that send us money orders, send us emails asking why their orders haven't shipped, when they sent the money order the day before.

WTF?! Did you drop off the money order and put it into our hands? If you said no, then shut the fuck up! Think about what you are saying. You sent a money order yesterday, do you really think it takes 1 day for the money order to go from New York to California? Did you overnight it? No? Then SHUT THE FUCK UP!
